- 1Incoming inspectionLiFePO4 cells and electronic components are checked against the specification before they reach the line. ●
- 2Pack weldingCells are welded into packs and fitted with the battery management system. ●
- 3AssemblyMicroinverters and Hubs are assembled, potted and closed. ●
- 4System testEvery unit is powered up; batteries are balanced and cycled. ●
- 5Packing and documentsSerial number, test record, manual and declaration of conformity go into the carton. ●
