Both. Most orders come from distributors and installers, but we also supply single balcony kits to households. The price list and the tiers are the same; private customers in the EU and UK keep their statutory consumer rights.

Not for standard products from warehouse stock: one piece is fine. OEM orders have minimum quantities, listed on the OEM & ODM page.

Yes. Samples are charged at the single-unit price and credited on your first volume order. ^●

In Germany, Austria and several other EU countries a plug-in system up to 800 VA may be connected by the user. You still have to register it. Rules differ by country, so check with your grid operator before you buy.

To the AC output of the inverter, not to the panels. In Germany the panels may add up to 2000 Wp while the inverter feeds at most 800 VA into the house. With storage, what the inverter cannot feed charges the battery.

It depends on location, direction and tilt. Panels hung vertically on a south railing in central Germany give roughly 650–700 kWh per installed kWp per year; tilted at 30° about 1000 kWh. Use the savings calculator for your city.

In Germany tenants have been entitled to a plug-in solar system since 2024; the landlord may only refuse for good reason. Flexible panels fixed with straps leave no marks on the railing. Elsewhere, ask your landlord in writing.

Lithium iron phosphate cells are thermally more stable than NMC cells and last longer: the Power Box is rated for 6000 cycles. They are heavier for the same capacity, which does not matter for a box that stands on the floor.

Yes. Up to three LS-L2048 units work in parallel on one Smart Solar Hub, 6144 Wh in total. Add units of the same model and let them reach the same state of charge before you connect them.

It discharges down to −20 °C and charges from 0 °C. With the optional heating the Power Box warms itself before it charges, so it can stay outdoors all year.

The Hub sits between the panels and the microinverter and works with most microinverters whose input range matches its output. Send us the model and we check the datasheet.

Yes. They are new factory units supplied by XUSION with the manufacturer's serial numbers, which you can register on the manufacturer's own monitoring platform.

Project prices for commercial inverters depend on quantity, accessories and delivery term. Send the model and quantity and you receive a quotation within one working day. ^●

Up to about 2 kW, on balconies and roofs with partial shade, microinverters: each panel pair has its own MPPT and the system is plug-in. From 3 kW on an unshaded roof a string inverter costs less per watt and is installed by an electrician.
