Who is responsible

We sell to customers in the European Union from outside the EU. An EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR will be named here before the site goes live. ●

We do not buy contact lists, we do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data.
Cookies and local storage
The site works without cookies. Your browser stores a few settings locally so the site remembers them: language, currency, products you put in the comparison, and your cookie choice. These never leave your device.
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymisation) are loaded only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who receives your data
- Our sales and support staff in Changsha, China.
- Our hosting and e-mail provider (Alibaba Cloud), acting on our instructions. ●
- Carriers and customs brokers, once you place an order, limited to what delivery requires.
- The manufacturer for warranty cases, limited to serial number and fault description unless you agree to more.
Transfer outside the EU
XUSION is based in China, so an inquiry you send us is processed there. The transfer is necessary to answer your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Where we use service providers, we agree standard contractual clauses with them. ●
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an order: 3 years after the last contact. ●
- Orders, invoices and shipping documents: 10 years, as commercial and tax law requires.
- Server logs: 30 days. ●
- Warranty records: for the warranty period of the product plus 1 year.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use or to hand it over in a common format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw a consent at any time. Write to lidreamtec@163.com; we answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.
Changes
When we change how we handle data we update this page and its date. For a material change affecting inquiries you have already sent, we write to you.
